Commentaarblokken
Als u meerdere regels tegelijk wilt becommentariëren of niet wilt reageren, kunt u de knoppen op de werkbalk Bewerken van de IDE gebruiken:
Commentaarblok - Voegt een enkele apostrof toe aan het begin van alle geselecteerde regels
Uncomment Block - Verwijdert de eerste apostrof van het begin van alle geselecteerde regels
Opmerkingen met meerdere regels Veel andere talen ondersteunen blokcommentaar met meerdere regels, maar VBA staat alleen opmerkingen met één regel toe.
Apostrophe Comments
Een opmerking wordt gemarkeerd door een apostrof ( ' ) en genegeerd wanneer de code wordt uitgevoerd. Opmerkingen helpen uw code uit te leggen aan toekomstige lezers, inclusief uzelf.
Omdat alle regels die beginnen met een opmerking worden genegeerd, kunnen ze ook worden gebruikt om te voorkomen dat code wordt uitgevoerd (terwijl u debugt of refactor). Het plaatsen van een apostrof ' voordat uw code verandert het in een reactie. (Dit wordt commentaar op de regel genoemd.)
