'ubound(arrayvariable) is the count of array size.

cars(ubound(cars)) = tmp 'cars(0)
Redim preserve cars(ubound(cars)+1)

7. Для каждого цикла.

Вы не можете изменять содержимое массива через переменную цикла, потому что это временной элемент, которому присваивается каждый элемент.

For Each car in cars
