유니 코드 지원을위한 Intl 확장

네이티브 문자열 함수는 단일 바이트 함수에 매핑되며 유니 코드와 잘 작동하지 않습니다. Extension iconv 및 mbstring은 유니 코드에 대한 일부 지원을 제공하지만 Intl-extention은 완전한 지원을 제공합니다.
